Mary Aranki – President 🦅

Hi, I’m Mary Aranki, honored to serve as your Boosters President! I’ve been part of the BASIS community for five years, with a 7th-grade son and an 11th-grade daughter at BASIS Phoenix. Previously active in the PTA at our former district, I’m excited to bring that experience here. My goal is to enhance the school experience through meaningful initiatives that support our students, families, and teachers. I look forward to a fantastic year working together!

Renee Phillips – Vice President ⚖️

I’m Renée Phillips, excited to serve as Boosters Vice President! My daughter Emily is in 6th grade after attending BASIS Phoenix Primary since 4th grade. Alongside being a mom, pet parent, executive assistant, and bookkeeper, I’m passionate about rescue fostering for cats and dogs. My focus this year is engaging parents, expanding our reach, and strengthening support for our school through recruitment, outreach, and collaboration. Let’s team up for a great year!

Arcelie Butterfield – Communications 🌐

I’m Arcelie Butterfield, thrilled to serve as Communications Director. My 8th-grade son has been part of the BASIS community for years, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. With a background in marketing and communications, I manage the Boosters website, social media, and messaging to keep our community informed and connected. Looking forward to a year of growth and engagement!

Olga Ptashnyuk – Treasurer $

I have been the Boosters Treasurer for several years and am excited to continue supporting our BASIS Phoenix community. I have an 11th-grade daughter at BASIS Phoenix and bring expertise in finance and budgeting to help ensure our fundraising efforts are successful and impactful. I look forward to another great year of growth and engagement!

Michelle Auffant – Secretary 📝

Hi, I’m Michelle Auffant, your Boosters Secretary! My 7th-grade daughter has been at BASIS since kindergarten. I previously served as Secretary at BASIS Phoenix Central and was active in Boosters at BASIS Primary. My goal is to ensure our students enjoy a well-rounded school experience and that our teachers feel supported and appreciated. Excited for a great year ahead!
