Sound System Update-Peter Clark, Facilities Manager, gave us an update on the quote for the new sound system. Will be a couple hundred dollars over originally approved $20,000 quote. This will provide a much better system for using 1/2 the gym for certain events as well as provide sound in multi purpose room, cafe. System will have security so only approved people can access and will be able to expand in the future. Board approved and will have Peter move forward with purchase.

President's Report - Have approved many expenditures this year, totaling around $30,000. Sound system, Bass and Tuba, Trophy Case, Fun Run, AP practice snacks, Shade Tents, portable projector. Have been able to make a meaningful contribution to our students this year.

VP Lunch Report - Caroline discussed the need for more volunteers. Maybe bring back credit for parents who volunteer. Still looking into better software for next year. Currently MT requires many hours each week to confirm all lunch orders are correct.

VP Communications Report - Carlos is discussing with MT the changes we need to make the software better for our lunch ordering.

Secretary Report - Signups sent out for end of GP4 lunch on 3/6 as well as Middle school dance on 3/20. Middle school dance committee has put together a great event, glow theme with DJ, Cold Stone ice cream, popcorn, drinks. Photo booth option if fits into budget. Looking for a couple more volunteers to help that night.

New Business

Board Elections - Mid April, all positions open for whoever wants to join board. New board will be invited to last general meeting in May for easy transition to next year.

We will have a Booster table at Rising 6th Night, April 16th
