Winner Eligibility:
This raffle is exclusively for BASIS Phoenix Boosters Club Members, Faculty, and Staff. Only active members and BASIS Phoenix employees are eligible to participate. Membership must be valid at the time of entry. Non-members must join the BASIS Phoenix Boosters to qualify for raffle participation.
Prize Details:
The grand prize includes a full resort accommodation only for a 3-night stay at the Sea Paraiso at Princesa De Peñasco Resort in an oceanfront penthouse (2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath) for up to 8 guests.
Exclusions, Restrictions, and Instructions
Exclusions:
🔸 Transportation, meals, activities, and any incidentals are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Restrictions:
🔸 The winning reservation must be used within 2 years from the time of winning.
🔸 Reservations are subject to condo unit availability—holiday and peak season dates may be limited.
🔸 Any additional fees related to special requests, upgrades, or extended stays are the responsibility of the winner.
🔸 The raffle prize is non-transferable and has no cash value—it cannot be exchanged or resold.
🔸 The property’s rules and policies must be followed, including any maximum occupancy and damage deposit requirements.
Instructions for Booking:
✅ The winner must contact the property manager directly to arrange booking details.
✅ Booking requests should be made well in advance to secure preferred dates.
✅ The winner will receive further booking instructions upon prize confirmation.
Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced at the Spring Fling event on April 4, 2025 and will also be notified via email. The winner will be shared on ParentSquare, Facebook, and Instagram.
