First Parent Boosters Public Meeting & Students' Game Night

We invite you to attend our First Parent Boosters Public Meeting.
DATE & TIME: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: BASIS PHOENIX - J BUILDING

FREE EVENT This meeting is an opportunity for parents to come together, connect, and stay informed about what’s ahead for our school community.

  • Connect with fellow BASIS parents — including those you’ve connected with through WhatsApp groups
  • Good opportunity for parents to meet each other and share experiences — especially helpful for families navigating comps and academic preparation, particularly for those with 6th graders who are just starting that journey.
  • Meet the Boosters Board, Ambassadors, and Volunteers
  • Connect with school leadership
  • Hear updates on our Booster structure and how we are strengthening support for teachers, students, and families
  • Get a preview of next school year’s events, activities, and fundraising plans

Students' Game Night (Separate School Event)

While parents attend the meeting, students can enjoy Game Night hosted by the school and sponsored by BASIS Phoenix Boosters. 

TIME: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: BASIS PHOENIX - GLASS HOUSE

Dinner Included (Cheese pizzas, veggie trays, water)
$25 per student
$15 for additional siblings

Enjoy games like ping pong, board games, card games, Nintendo Switch games like Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros

The school hosts Game Night, and it is a separate event from the Parent Boosters Meeting.
Drop off your students at the Glass House and head over to the J Building for the meeting.

 

FAQS:

👩‍🏫 Supervision: BASIS Phoenix staff will be supervising the students throughout the evening.

🍕 Dinner: Cheese pizza, water, and a couple veggie trays will be served. If your child is a picky eater, they are welcome to bring their own food.

🎮 Games: Ping pong, board games, card games, and Nintendo Switch games including Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros.
