BPhxBoosters Announcements for the week of Nov 11-17

Hello Firebird Families!

Here is what is happening with Boosters and our wonderful school...

1. First order of business: Due to Veteran's Day, the Hot Lunch ordering deadline has been moved to

Monday, November 11th, 12p noon! To order, simply go to: https://bit.ly/BPFirebirds

2. BP's Fall Festival is needing as many volunteers as possible to help set up. Shifts start promptly at 7am. Different shifts include:

7a-10a -- Help setting up

10-12p -- Work supervising a booth (may have to supervise BP student volunteers as well)

12-2p -- Work supervising a booth (may have to supervise BP student volunteers as well)

2-4p -- Help with cleanup

3. The End of GP2 Teacher's Appreciation Lunch is around the corner (November 15th)!

Our lunch vendor, JRF Foods has graciously agreed to donate lunch for all of our Teachers!

P.S. In the same 'BPhx Donations' section, you will also find where to contribute/donate towards the Teachers' Lounge! Our teachers also count on parent donations to keep their lounge stocked up with goodies. In addition, an Amazon shopping list has been assembled for our convenience!

4. We had our 2nd General Membership Boosters Meeting this past Wed. Our secretary has included the minustes from the meeting in our 'BPhx Happenings' blog for your convenience!

5. Plans for the Winter Formal have begun! Online tickets will go up soon on MT. Prices will be $30 each (or $25 with Booster discount), and $35 at the door. More information soon to come!
