Candy, Cookies & Cake Donations - Haunted Event

Cookie and Cake donations for our Galactic Cake Walk activity at the haunted event. Your contributions will help ensure that every BASIS Phoenix community member enjoys a fun and festive celebration.

How You Can Help:

• Donate candy: We’re looking for bags of NUT-FREE, wrapped, store-bought candy to distribute safely to students.
• Donate cookies and cakes: Whether store-bought or homemade, your cookie and cake donations will add extra excitement to our Cake Walk.
• Drop-off details: Please bring all donations to the front office by Friday, October 25th. We’ll have collection bins and spaces ready to go!

How to Participate:

• Drop off donations at the front office starting through10/25/25.

• Sign up for specific items using our SignUpGenius link.

• We’re also accepting perishable food items (such as yogurt and fresh fruit) after Fall Break—these items are noted on the sign-up list.

Let’s show our teachers how much we appreciate them by keeping their break room stocked with the treats they deserve! Thank you for your generosity and for supporting our amazing BASIS Phoenix teachers.

Hello all,

We want to invite you to attend our monthly Booster Meeting, to be held on 10/25/23 @ 5:30p in bldg J.  We will be wrapping up plans for the upcoming Halloween Haunted House.  This is a fantastic way to get involved! Hope to see you there!  In addition, we want to invite you and your student(s)  to stop by our booth and say hello.  Please see the attached flyer for more details!
